  I am replacing my own water heater for a like for like including the timer and power cord. While attempting to locate a water heater timer and power cord I asked an employee for assistance to locate the items. He couldn't find the timer and argued with me on the replacement power cord. I told him I will take my buisness elseware and left. I will not go back to that store.

  Came in for some paint. While waiting in line I noticed the employee was being a bit of a smartass; giving the customers in front of me (separate parties) some attitude. At first I gave him the benefit of the doubt that possibly prior to my arrival the customers could have been at fault and were just attempting to make his life difficult. However, even the way I was greeted by this employee put me in a bad mood. “What do you want.” “I need a half-gallon for each of these two colors.” I provide him with the samples. “We don’t sell half-gallons.” And he begins to walk away from me. I call out “Ok, give me quarts then.” He comes back, takes my samples, and says “15 minutes” Unacceptable attitude from an employee regardless of where you are.
